NP-INT / How we bid
Constraints first. Options in writing. The money path visible. The constraints we show belong to the hall we occupy. If the room cannot take the load, we write that down, or we match a hall partner or custom-system supplier. We will not write a tender that is already aimed at one vendor. Integrity before margin on a steered BOM.
Minimum Day-1 buys what runs now. Future-ready Day-1 spends more on trunks, pathways, PDU reserve, and cooling the next cell can join. CapEx versus disruption. The customer sees both.

After intake, the delivery runs as one customer record: status, architecture, facility and hall, suppliers, procurement, milestones, documentation, and handover. The client portal is the preview of that project environment. It is specified, not live. It is not the product, and it is not a hall marketplace.
