NeuronPlant ("we", "our", or "us") collects only what is needed to run the Site and to evaluate a project or partner request.

This policy covers neuronplant.com, including public forms and published agent endpoints.

You send us

• Name, organization, and email
• Private AI requirement fields from Start a Project: what AI should work with, where data must remain, access needs, required capabilities, and whether suitable infrastructure already exists
• Partner type, layer, supply, geography, and NVIDIA/DSX relation from Become a Partner
• Any message you include in those forms

The Site may log

• IP address and host headers
• Browser and device class
• Pages and agent endpoints requested
• Basic server and security logs

We do not ask for payment card data on the Site. A signed delivery agreement, if one exists, may collect additional business information off this Site.

03How we use it

• Respond to project and partner intake
• Understand the Private AI requirement and whether infrastructure support is needed
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site
• Meet legal and accounting duties

We do not sell personal information.

04Cookies

The Site may use essential cookies or similar storage required to operate the pages. We do not run advertising or cross-site marketing pixels on this Site.

You can block cookies in the browser. Some features may then fail.

05Sharing

We may share information with:

• Delivery suppliers on a live evaluation or project (hall, integration, compute), under our direction
• Hosting and email infrastructure used to run the Site
• Authorities when law requires it

Named customers stay unpublished until written approval. Partner names appear on /partners only when authorized.

06Retention and security

We keep intake and logs only as long as needed for the request, operations, security, or law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No transmission is perfectly secure.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Restrict processing
