01Acceptance

These Terms govern access to the NeuronPlant website at neuronplant.com and use of its public forms, published records, and agent endpoints (together, the "Site").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

02What NeuronPlant is

NeuronPlant is the design authority and the single accountable delivery partner for an AI factory. You bring the AI requirement. NeuronPlant engineers the architecture, can purchase required equipment against that architecture, coordinates suppliers, integrates, validates, and hands over the plant.

NeuronPlant does not construct data centers. The hall is a supplier. The customer buys one project from NeuronPlant, not a roster of vendors.

Scope, price, and commitments for a delivery are defined only in a signed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement. The Site is not a contract to deliver a factory.

03Website use

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
• Interfere with the Site or its security controls
• Scrape, overload, or misuse published agent endpoints
• Misrepresent an NVIDIA, Lenovo, or other partnership on NeuronPlant's behalf
• Resell Site content as your own engineering record

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or legal interests.

04Intake and published records

Start a Project and Become a Partner are engineering intake. A ticket is not an award, a login, or a purchase order.

Published pages, diagrams, and agent files are a public engineering record. They are not a customer specification and do not name customers without written approval.

05Intellectual property

Site content, branding, diagrams, and published plant language belong to NeuronPlant or its licensors. Third-party names (including NVIDIA and Lenovo) are cited as stack companies, not as a license or logo grant.

You may read and cite the public record. You may not copy the Site as a competing product or strip marks from the engineering drawings.

06Confidentiality

Project and partner intake is treated as confidential except where we must share it with a delivery supplier to evaluate or perform the work, or where law requires disclosure.

A signed NDA or statement of work, if one exists, controls over this page.

07Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

08Suppliers and third parties

A delivery may rely on hall operators, custom-system builders, OEMs, integrators, and other suppliers. Those companies sit behind NeuronPlant. NeuronPlant is not responsible for their independent sites, marks, or partnership claims.

09Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Published architectures, diagrams, and model citations are engineering language from public sources and NeuronPlant practice. They are not a warranty that a given hall can take a load, or that a named platform will be the bill of materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuronPlant does not warrant:

• Uninterrupted or error-free Site operation
• Fitness of a published template for a specific customer job
• That a hall, OEM, or third-party service will remain available

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuronPlant is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Site.

For a signed delivery, the written agreement sets the liability cap. For Site use alone, NeuronPlant's aggregate liability will not exceed the fees actually paid to NeuronPlant for the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no such fees were paid.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

12Changes

We may update these Terms on this page. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Site is acceptance of the current Terms.
