Customer requirement
An organization approached us with a requirement that went far beyond a traditional private AI chatbot. The goal was to create a fully private AI workstation where users could load organizational data, documents and structured datasets, then interact with that information through natural language while keeping the entire workflow within the organization's controlled environment.
What the customer wanted

From the user's perspective, the workflow should remain simple. A user can provide documents, spreadsheets and other approved data sources, then ask questions such as:
“Analyze the dataset, identify significant patterns, correlate the findings with the available documents, perform the required calculations, and generate a formatted report.”
The Private AI environment determines which approved capabilities are required to complete the task, performs the analysis inside the controlled environment, and returns both conversational answers and structured outputs.
